Heather is a passionate leader with a heart for empowering individuals and transforming communities. As one of the pastors of The Gate Church, in Davenport, FL, and president of FULL Ministries, Heather has dedicated her life to serving others with compassion, guidance, and faith-driven leadership. FULL Ministries, under Heather’s stewardship, has been a beacon of hope for individuals and families, providing essential resources, support, and outreach to underserved populations.

With a deep commitment to uplifting women and advocating for their holistic well-being, Heather brings a wealth of experience in community engagement, mentorship, and outreach. Heather believes in fostering spaces where women can thrive spiritually, emotionally, and physically, and has worked tirelessly to create programs that provide both practical and spiritual resources.

As a member of the Women’s Resource Board, Heather is excited to collaborate with fellow leaders to create meaningful change, support women in all stages of life, and ensure that every woman has the resources and opportunities to live a life full of purpose and dignity.

Heather is dedicated to lifelong learning and growth. In her personal time, she enjoys being a wife to her husband Jeremy, mom to her three sons Nicholas, Noah & Nathaniel and Mimi to her granddaughter Harlow.

She also loves going on mission trips and going to Disney World every chance she gets!
